Steve Silver

Steve joined Centerbridge in 2006 and co-heads the Firm’s global private equity investing activities. He also serves as a member of the Firm’s Management Committee and focuses on investments in the Industrials sector.

Prior to joining Centerbridge, Steve was a Managing Director and Partner at Vestar Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm. Steve began his career as a Member of the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Wasserstein Perella & Co. in New York and London.

Steve serves on the Boards of Directors of American Bath Group, LLC, Help at Home, Inc, IPS, KIK Custom Products, Inc. (and affiliated entities), MacLean Power Systems, Medical Solutions LLC, MindPath, Precinmac LP, and Sevita.
