Steve Silver

Steve joined Centerbridge in 2006 and co-heads the Firm’s global private equity investing activities. He also serves as a member of the Firm’s Management Committee and focuses on investments in the Industrials sector.

Prior to joining Centerbridge, Steve was a Managing Director and Partner at Vestar Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm. Steve began his career as a Member of the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Wasserstein Perella & Co. in New York and London.

Steve serves on the Boards of Directors of entities related to the following portfolio companies: American Bath Group, Help at Home, KIK Custom Products, Inc., MacLean Power Systems, Medical Solutions, MindPath, National Mentor Holdings, and Precinmac.
