Sterling Donnelly

Sterling joined Centerbridge in 2026 and focuses on the Firm's marketing, fundraising, and investor relations efforts. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Sterling served as the Head of Investor Relations for Paceline Equity Partners. Before Paceline, Sterling was a Managing Director within the business development group at Axonic Capital. Prior to that, Sterling was at Hudson Advisors, an asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds, where she was a member of the residential securities and whole loan trading team. Sterling began her career at Bear, Stearns & Co., followed by J.P. Morgan, in the Financial Analytics and Structured Transactions (FAST) group. 

Sterling currently serves on the Board of Governors for Texas Ballet Theater.
