Alissa Bonneau

Alissa joined Centerbridge in 2021 and focuses on the Firm’s portfolio operating effort.  She works closely with management teams across the portfolio's private equity investment sectors, partnering with them on a range of value creation initiatives, including commercial acceleration, strategic growth initiatives, technology strategy, operational efficiency, M&A, large-scale transformation, and organizational development.

Prior to joining Centerbridge, Alissa worked at KKR Capstone, the portfolio operations arm of KKR & Co. In that role, she partnered with portfolio company executives and deal teams to design and implement operational improvement programs focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, and organizational effectiveness across a range of industries.

Alissa began her career at Bain & Company, where she advised corporate and private equity clients on strategy, operational transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.
